Azabache Young Rosé 2016 Viñedos de Aldeanueva The grenache grape is harvested when the optimum ripening level is reached. At the winery they use the traditional free running method and alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature during 15-20 days until sugar is consumed, obtaining a highly aromatic and outstanding pink colour wine.
Azabache Young White 2016 Viñedos de Aldeanueva The second fortnight of September overcomes the harvest of the Viura variety. By the draining method the flower must is obtained and it ferments in stainless steel deposits at controlled temperature of 14-18ºC during 15-20 days.
